Denver Commercial Roof Maintenance Project

This commercial project involved scheduled preventative maintenance and targeted repairs on the Civic Lofts, a 14-story, 170-foot multifamily midrise in Denver, CO. The building is protected by a 60-mil white TPO membrane system originally installed in July 2018 and completed in 2019. Premier’s crew performed a full property inspection followed by wear-and-tear repairs to preserve the long-term integrity of the roof assembly.

The membrane was found to be aging well and in good overall condition, requiring only minor maintenance and wall repairs. Scope focused on re-securing wind-lifted membrane, resealing cracked areas to prevent water intrusion, and repairing pitch pockets showing normal wear — extending service life and safeguarding the structure below.
