Sign a contract with Premier Restoration & Construction contingent on full roof replacement through insurance.

Open a claim and schedule the adjustment (Your project manager will attend the adjustment to represent your claim).

Once a claim is approved, you will need to share a full copy of the adjusters estimate also known as the scope of loss to Premier Restoration & Construction.

Premier Restoration and Construction will have their supplement team review the claim and ensure that the claim in being properly paid, if not our supplement team will work with your adjuster to your claim properly paid out.

We will review the scope of loss provided with you and explain what has been covered.

Your project manager will meet with you to select your shingle and gutter colors and decide on what trades will

Our team will order the materials necessary for your roofing project and have them delivered by the supplier.

Your project manager will communicate all delivery, installation, and inspection dates with you.

Upon material delivery and build date, your project manager will collect the first check from you (typically the ACV amount from insurance). 

When your roofing project is complete, your project manager will come out and do a final walkthrough and clean-up.

Premier Restoration and Construction will then send your insurance a notice of completion, which will in turn ensure the RCV funds are released.

When your final check arrives, your project manager will meet with you and collect that check.

As soon as the check is received by Premier Restoration and Construction, you will be sent a paid in full invoice, your shingle warranty information and any other requested information.
