Denver Residential Hail Repair Project

This residential project involved restoration work completed following a hail event in the Denver area. The scope included removal and replacement of the existing asphalt composition shingle roof, completed in accordance with the insurance-approved scope of loss.

The home was upgraded with Atlas Pinnacle Pristine Class 3 impact-resistant shingles in the Black Shadow color, providing enhanced durability and a clean, finished appearance. Additional exterior work included replacement of window glazing components and damaged screens, along with required permitting to ensure full compliance with local regulations.
