We just had Premier Construction do a full roof tear-off and replacement with Class 4 impact-resistant shingles, plus removal, storage, and reinstallation of our solar panels, and we couldn’t be happier.

From the first conversation with Jake, their Sales Director, through planning, installation, and follow-up, the whole experience was top notch. Jake was responsive, knowledgeable, and made a complicated project feel easy. The crew was efficient, professional, and respectful of our home, and they met or beat every timeline they gave us.

We got estimates from four other companies, and Premier came in significantly lower than all of them without cutting a single corner on quality or service. Coordinating a roof replacement with a solar system can be a headache, but they handled every detail seamlessly.

Premier also offers full exterior care, including painting, so they’re a great one-stop shop for keeping your home in top shape.

If you need roofing or exterior work done, call Premier Construction and ask for Jake. You won’t be disappointed!

Nate and Simon run a well organized “on time” business. They get back to you promptly when you leave a message. Their work crews did a great job replacing our 28 year old roof and doing some high, out of reach painting on my house. They have done multiple roof replacements in my neighborhood in Silverthorne and everyone has been very satisfied with both the price as well as the quality of work. I highly recommend Premier Testoration!

I was referred to Premier by a friend who had a excellent experience. Premier, Nat and crew were easy to work with and very agreeable. I am impressed with their customer service. The installation of the room was excellent .

Jake and his team were great with the water damage assessment, the window frame/trim repair, drywall repair, and full resealing of all of our exterior windows. Fair quote, showed up on time, clear communication, and went above and beyond with pictures and details of what they found and exactly what was fixed. I'll be a repeat customer in the future.

5 stars — Great work, fair price, and a clean job site
We had our roof replaced after storm damage from last year and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and finished the job in a day and a half as promised. They walked me through the whole process upfront — materials, timeline, and cost — with no surprises on the final bill.
The workmanship is excellent and they took the time to make sure everything was done right. They also did a thorough cleanup at the end, which I really appreciated since they had to work around our landscaping. Communication was great from the initial estimate through the final walkthrough, and they even handled the insurance paperwork side of things for us.
If you’re looking for a reliable roofing company that does quality work at a fair price, I’d definitely recommend giving them a call. We’ll be using them again if we ever need any other work done. Thank you Jake Taton.

Simon Crittle was an amazing project manager. He was excellent at communicating, arranging delivery and his crew completed my entire roof in about 6 hours. I highly recommend Premier.

Derek at Premier Restoration was amazing to work with. Not only got a great roof on my 16 unit apartment building, but dealt with the nightmare insurance company and bank all with a fantastic attitude.

Just had a great chat with Dylan C. regarding all the various work from Premier Restoration & Construction Inc. Based off my conversation with Dylan, I'm willing to try out this new company in the future.
